No way man, my Savile Row shirt from Macy's says Hong Kong. BTW, the movement your looking at in the Portofino is identical to the more expensive Mark XV and Big Pilot. Sadly, its also the close to the stock ETA 2892 in my $350 ORIS (at least the IWC is more accurate).

Also the IWC's is better finished. Alas, the debate regarding stock ETA movements and their vast use is one that has plagued many a watch forum, and shall continue to do so ad finitum. Jon.
