You probably know this bit if you go to the LES Epaulet they are right across the street from Self Edge

Beatle, by calling the store, I was able to get a 'B' width made as listed in the instructions on their pre-order pages.

That should be a good trip. I did the same run recently with a fellow SF member. Try going to Katz's. It's 1.5 blocks away from the Manhattan Epaulet and Self Edge.

Grant

I live in Denver (suburbs) and I am aware of none. That J.Gilbert store doesn't carry Aldens. I've called to ask.

Denver, well really Colorado in general, just doesn't appreciate this level of footwear. I probably own more than the rest of the state combined.

So i just saw this on my boots. I'm currently wearing them. Do I need to worry and send the image to shoemart or do I continue life with them? I am in the camp that knows shoes are never perfect but usually I like to be the one to cause imperfections. Any advice?

I'm particularly fond of the color as well.  It's far and away my favorite #8 shade of all the shoes/boots I own.  I was convinced the coveted cigar CT's would take the top spot for my favorite boots, but I tend to reach for the Naval boots more.  I just love 'em.  A few more pictures.

That's tough but usually those splotches are only visible in the perfect, harsh lighting. I have some on my LWB and I decided to live with them. Mine are on the vamps.

Yep, walked past it a bunch of times but haven't actually gone in yet. I don't have a ton of spare time on the trip - my wife and her sister are running a half marathon and I'm mainly there just for that, but it will take them a while so I can probably jump to a few stores while they're running.

Thanks! I'll talk to them while I'm there to see if there's any way I can reserve a spot ahead of time to make I don't miss out since I'm an odd size. Thanks for the food rec, I used to live in NYC so I have a ton of my favorite spots already on my list to hit up (dim sum in Chinatown, Korean fried chicken, all the stuff I can't really get down in FL), but I'll try to squeeze Katz's in there as well!

BG, sounds like you are set then. Being someone that has spent a total of 7 days in NYC, I am probably not the one to give you advice. :-)

But Katz's is super close to Epaulet... And their pastrami is just amazing.
