Yah, I checked the Zappos sizing chart also. Oh well...

IME I've found that UK size equals US size minus one. I've had UK11 shoes that fit similarly to US12 shoes.

Great looking mix of cordovan and pebble grain. I've put those shoes in my cart a number of times but have not gone all the way with the purchase... your pictures are pushing me in that direction! Congrats!

Can anyone help me with sizing...  I wear 10D for barrie lasted shoes and this pair of saddles is UK9.  Will they be too small??

Thanks in advance...

Come on RTP.  You know how sensitive I can be.

It doesn't take much.  One wrong comment and I'm all :fence:

Gentlemen, I know this may come across as a bit snarky and offensive and I really, truly do not mean it as such (and came close to deleting this without sending it), but to the extent we are going to try to enforce a rule against posting links to your own stuff for sale, I really think that then discussing those items (e.g.,, how nice those items are or are not, etc.) really just promotes sellers posting their things.  The threat of a ban probably does very little to counterbalance the attention being given.  That said, it seems to be a "slow news day" here, so perhaps any content is better than silence.  Just my thoughts.  In an ideal world, any such prohibited messages would get one response politely advising against the practice, and then be ignored.

Again, not to chastise, berate, try to restrict conversation, etc.

I'm certainly not trying to encourage people who intentionally violate forum rules, but this has been my experience also. My US size is 11.5D and my UK equivalent is 10.5E. If you could get more info and pics it might be worth taking a shot RTP.

I can't wait for Whiskey Wednesday!  Happy New Year everyone!

congratulations, the ptbs look great.

Oh DV, I really don't like you (jk).  If only you and I didn't wear the same size... ugh!  They are spectacular.  You wear them quite well my friend!!

Thanks Be.  I'll try, but I'm not sure I can gain any degree of certainty without trying them on.  The seller is from the UK and doesn't have much experience with Alden.

Sorry Budapest, you are correct, and I won't hold that against you... :cloud:

I owned the color 4 atom, but alas, they didn't fit. I actually would love it if Leffot made that shoe in color 8
