Ugh, everything tells me not to order from them, but I'm tempted to try to order a cigar LHS. The code JACKET puts them at $469, similar to the Shoe Mart "discount" from a few weeks ago.

Yeah I'm kind of tempted to order cordovan PTB in black as I don't have a pair of black shoes

Hmmm...the unlined snuff suede chukka for $345 with free shipping. Can even get the E width on the Leydon :nodding:

^I order an 8E from there, got them no problem. Think ordering from NRO is like rolling a dice.

Can anyone comment on Plaza sizing relative to the Barrie or AE 5-last?

I'm torn between the frans boone cigar plain toe models.
On the one hand, I love the all day comfort and kick-around nature of the crepe soles.
On the other hand, I love the variegated antique edgetrim of the leather soles.

Crepe sole, bad lighting:
700

Go with the leather sole for cigar. If I'm getting a crepe sole, I would go full kick-around and get natural CXL or pebbled leather.
