I'm very sorry Horsehide - I only have chukkas in whiskey, ravello, cigar, color 8, and black. I do not have the chukka in color 4 (only the ptb in color 4). If by your definition I don't have the shell rainbow in chukkas, I am fine with that. I will lose no sleep over it.

Horsehide - Do you even own a pair of Aldens?  It seems like every time you post its just to make some kind of smart ass or condescending remark.

He's like the funny uncle.

Looking at doing my seasonal cull of my shoe collection... If you guys could keep only one, would you choose chromexcel jumpers or chromexcel chukkas? Both are great shoes and have good resale value...

To be honest, mine still look pretty much brand new.
There are only so many occasions I have for wearing blue suede with red brick sole.

Thanks Zippy, I was afraid that you'd say that. Need some blue suede and it's a toss up between the Indy, chukka or PTB.

If you recall, I had both a navy chukka and the red brick Navy Indy. I wear the navy chukka quite a bit, I think that (or maybe something like a longwing or a tassel loafer) is more versatile and a better buy. That said, I exchanged my unworn navy Indys for the marble Indys. Looking back on it I probably should have kept the navy Indy boots instead as I think those are more versatile

I'm partial to chukkas, so if it was my decision and I absolutely had to give up one of those, I'd let go of the jumpers.

Thanks for your insight. I'm sure that you're well aware that Leffot is accepting preorders on the blue suede Indy right now.

Keep the CXL Jumpers IMO.
