I have a pair of Alden wingtip boots, and I'm considering getting a pair of Indys.

I walk almost four miles a day in downtown Seattle. Would the Indys be comfortable for this much walking, and what sole would you recommend? Thanks!

I would think they would be quite comfortable. The standard neoprene sole is what I would recommend.

Was polishing my collection and figured I share a pic or two (and show off some that are overdue to be worn).

Thanks.

Uncle Mac answered your question, but here is the old leather soul blog entry if you want to drool...

I've run into a similar problem, but I also have wide feet. I'm still working out the kinks on getting sized on each last.

Same here, but for me I have had to size down a full size for Barrie. Most other lasts seem to go between a half and full size.
