Sunny fall day in NYC
Citishoes Cigar NST. Highly recommended shop with Alden and EG among other brands

To answer BeSpiffington's question, it has to be a cordovan boot on commando soles, so for me it's a battle between cigar captoe boots or color 8 tankers

Cigar indys without question.

Haven't seen much of the snuff suede indys around here, but I'm really enjoying them.

Anyone know of an Indy build with commando or crepe sole that's available now (besides the Leffot pair)?

Leathersoul has one I believe

1 size is a huge difference and doesn't really make sense, always another boot out there

Great looking Indy's. Missed my size, but will get them next time around. Enjoy them.

Alden NYC has snuff Indy boots on a red brick sole in D and E widths, they may have your size

I know. Unfortunately, none of those e widths are in the correct length for me. I could get a d size that is okay, but I decided to wait for my correct size. I snoozed, so now I must wait.

Day two of Mac method on my new cigar LHS. Look much better in outdoor lighting.

Hole.

Once your cigar hole is filled, you will be whole.

If only by life were thus straightforward and simple!

Forum affiliate Gentlemens Footwear recently did a group MTO of a Carmina longwing on the Detroit last using dark cognac cordo and a dainite sole. I decided to pass because I prefer a double leather sole, but I was tempted because I like the look a lot and it would be a chance to fill the cigar whole in my life. I'm curious if others would be interested in putting together a group MTO for that shoe but with a double leather sole.

There have been at least two whiskey balmoral models (captoe and wingtip).

Not a bal, but I do own the captoe blucher (straight tip). This is the same as the 2160 in color 8 and the 2161 in black shell.

It is suit worthy.
