Ok, which feet belong to the multimillionaire?

This is from Seinfeld's online show on Crackle.com.

On the left, David Letterman. On the right Jerry Seinfeld. So the answer is "Both".

Any chance the boots are from Alden? If not, any ideas on the manufacturer?

I would have thought something like Color 8 Cordovan Fine Paste Wax or Saphir Cordovan Cream would be best.

Can anyone offer any insight into the potential of these stretching out over time?

Here are my thoughts: I don't have any unlined suede from Alden, but I do have a pair of lined suede Indys and they definitely have had some give in them. That being said, I believe you said that the chukkas you have are tight in length as well. That tightness could ebb once the shoe breaks in a little, but I think you are going to get most of your added room in the width. Sounds as if they may be slightly smaller than you can work with.

Yeah I'm thinking the same unfortunately. My toes are kind of bunched up in both length and width. It's not uncomfortable as the suede is so soft, but I think it'll get annoying. Thanks for your input. Dammit, these were such a good price and a perfect summer shoe.

To everyone who suggested buckle sources. I just ordered a buckle from James Reid.

I ordered just the buckle part for $275. I'm traveling most of the summer and may not get it replaced for some time, but wanted to give an update.
