I think that what you are missing is crack-cocaine; and thats a good thing. I can't imagine WTF is up with that auction, either. I'm gonna watch it and email the seller and ask him if I can contact the winning bidder, cuz I'm curious to know what kind of crack they're smoking!

Could be an international bidder who has to pay high tariffs for Aldens in their country.

eBay Final value fees are close to 10% of the buyer price ... I'm not sure if its to the seller's interest to gamble $100 of his money per listing

You don't have to pay a final value fee if the winning bidder doesn't pay. Still a stupid idea, though, if he is shilling, because he is sure to trigger a look at the shill account if he files a non-paying-bidder report.

Of course, if he's shilling and he's smart, he'll send a second chance offer to the second highest bidder, assuming that one is legit.

Could also be the seller himself driving up a price w/ artificial ebay accounts to generate interest on the auction. Then he sells to himself, bumps his feedback, and turns them back around again on the bay.

c'mon - not with that history - hitch is a pro - bought various AE last year

Seriously doubt even the second bidder would be legit in order for the price to get to $900 ... I'd say it is two shill accounts and either the shills are just f*kn with the seller, or the seller is marsupialed.

Now that I look at the bid history, there are apparently three shill bidders in action.

Nice purchase. A little mac method will bring you right up to speed, enjoy wearing them.

Wheatgrass rubbing up against the **** from the Hollywood Blvd sidewalk, tasty.

The juice is actually INSIDE the wheatgrass. FYI.

I'm sure that there must be a wheatgrass thread somewhere on this forum...

Is there a difference between a Kiwi brush ($6-9) and a higher quality brush ($15-20)? Getting a brush off some sites add up to $30 with shipping, while I can get a kiwi for like $6 with amazon prime.

I don't like Kiwi brushes but the Star brand brushes you can find for about $6.00 on eBay are pretty good. The Kiwi ones don't have very may bristles and seem a bit too small.

they probably see 6.5 as a rare size and think they'll miss out if then don't jump

You can order that size from any Alden retailer. I'm really not sure why they're that expensive.
