Here is the email exchange:
We expect to pick up our Fedex and UPS deliveries today around 4pm.
By longstanding policy, we can only send the replacement pair when we have received the original pair back in new condition. So we likely could not ship the replacement pair until Monday at the earliest.

Let me know when you receive the 9 that I sent back. I have to fly out to the East Coast and wanted to wear/bring these shoes with me. I leave Thursday morning so would need to receive them by Wednesday. I think that if they went out today or tomorrow, I wouldn't have to send them expedited, but you would know better than me.
I can either give you a credit card for peace of mind, have you actually charge the card for another pair for more peace of mind and then do a refund when you receive the shoes or you can propose an alternative.
I sent them FedEx ground and I think that they'll be there tomorrow or Monday.
