Is this something I can fix or are we already talking about sending them back for reconditioning? They are only a couple of years old.

Is it white bloom that can be removed by brushing, or by the hair dryer method?

If not ......

Unfortunately, this looks eerily similar to what happened to a pair of ravellos I had - which I sent back as defective (and were accepted by the retailer as such).

I respectfully disagree; but they are very nice shoes. biggrin.gif

Thanks!

I do not have any blue suede boots. Here's my leather soul shortwings and leffot longwings.

I sent oki a couple emails a few weeks ago to confirm if he had indeed changed the size on my Pre-order late 2011/early 2012. He did say I could still change the size but no reply back after emailing him to do so. Hope that`s all good happy.gif

thank you

nephew,
i agree that the hair blower method should work on the white bloom. in regard to the creases, use a damp cloth and rub in the creases. if this does not work, get in touch with your seller and if no progress, go to the Company

Is the Alden for Brooks Brothers shell PTB on Barrie last?

From your list, the color 8 LWB for sure. But probably even before that - particularly given your intended uses - I would go with the Alden for BB PTB in color 8. It may be the single most versatile shoe Alden makes. nod[1].gif
Do you go TTS with the BB PTB, or do you size down a half like the Barrie?
