Hahaha I read your quote of what I said and I went back because I was sure I typed "nice shoes", but I didn't.

Guys I have a question. I am getting my first pair of nice boots. I want something that is versatile (can be worn with denim, chino's, slacks). I was thinking about these for my first purchase. Would this be a good first pair or would you guys recommend something else? Also is this color pretty easy to wear? I wear mostly stuff from epaulet.

Some would say 12 with the grant last... never hurts to be a bit big with boots (thicker socks).

I find them to be TTS (I have them).

I am TTS 9.5D
I have this boot in 9.5D.
Frankly, I would go to 10D before I would go to 9D.

It never hurts to order two sizes and send one back. nod[1].gif

Thanks a bunch guys! I'll get them in 12. Any idea how to find out if I should get the medium or wide width?

Would 36" laces be long enough for the indy?

I think that's going to be too short.
