In other news, still waiting on my #8 Tankers from Yenni. I paid the balance off as requested several weeks ago as supposed anticipated ship was approaching. Followed-up via email later and was told there was a delay from Alden, with tentative ship dates. Shot out another email yesterday morning inquiring for updates, and radio static. I know, pick up the phone, right? I fear I'll be too aggravated when I'm told verbally some more supposed-to, maybe, possibly, non-committal bullshit response; especially aggravated I've paid-in-full a month ago, per vendor request, for an item yet to be delivered and zero communication on expected delivery. If it wasn't for you guys vouching, I feel like any ordinary person would feel like they've been scammed.
I find this level of customer service for $710 shoes offensive.
I don't know how you guys have the patience for this.
Is this commonplace with most MTO offerings?
