I have those and I don't think I have ever received as many compliments from strangers about a pair of shoes that I own as I have received when I am wearing these.

As for the red brick sole... it may be a bit silly, but it is definitely comfortable. However, when it is time to re-sole, I doubt I will be going with that again.

Yeah, that's true but so far, it's the best last for me so I buy what I like on it otherwise it's the Barrie. And that's not a very svelte last either. I want to try the grant and plaza soon.

For anyone waiting for the captoe boot in #4 from Shoemart, I just gave them a call and those boots are now expected in May 2013. Joe was wildly optimistic when he told me mid-summer (which I knew was never happening), but thought I would provide an update.
