tea size will be perfect. Larger will be useless. Anyway the surface of the spoon touching the shoe won't vary at all, even with a ladle!

I didn't mention but this is exactly what it does: "brings the natural oils to the surface".

You should be very careful with the spoon because you'll want to rub it fast but it might slip and scratch the shoe...

You really don't want that to happen. crazy.gif

Why pay for something ($50) when you can have a free alternative? smile.gif

Can the same effect not be acheived with vigorous brushing?

Maybe but certainly not so fast.

I've tried with and without.

Congrats, quite an accomplishment. Longest distance I have done so far is a half-marathon. Still aiming for the full 26 though, time permitting.

^ those are the blackbirds, right? same here. if you had to pick one boot for the rest of your life, you could do much worse than those.

Heads up for anyone: Alden SF has color 8 Indys listed on their site under the Indy boots. Sizes 6.5D and 8.5D-11.5D still in stock.

AoC has a similar make-up sans reverse storm welt, broguing at the heel, and eyelets... could always send them to B. Nelson to have eyelets installed, but the other two not so much.
