Nor do I remember a 6 eyelet bal. Would like to know origin of El Argentino's find. Good spot by Tom!

Ebay last december. Here's a photo of the inside -

570

I tried to look up the listing, but I guess they don't permanently save them after more than a month or so.

Is that kid or calf lined? So sexy...

I have a question about wearing calfskin Indy boots in a place where it rains a lot - should I be using some sort of leather protector? Any advice from people living in wet places (UK) would be much appreciated

Montana Pitch Blend
http://leffot.com/shop/montana-pitch-blend/

or

Obenauf's LP

http://www.russellmoccasin.com/dressings/obenaufs_leatherpreserve.html

I have Montana and apply it to my calfskin Indys regularly during the wetter months

This is no doubt the best I've used:
http://www.homedepot.com/buy/appliances/vacuums-floor-care/vectra/shoe-handbag-and-apparel-protector-spray-9-oz-10623.html
Click on video for a demo.
It's safe easy to use and won't leave a greasy film. So, it's good for dress-wear.

I don't think these products (Montana, Obenauf) are available to the UK unfortunately.

I use Obenauf's LP on all my leather shoes - keeps them waterproof and conditions the leather very nicely. I'm sure you can find lots of suppliers on ebay that are willing to ship to you.

BTW I'm from Vancouver where rain is unfortunately the norm.
