Personally, I like the tan ones best - given that I'm not one to wear suede into winter and necessitating really dark colors. Can understand snuff though.

I have tan. Dark brown and snuff would be more versatile for me; I'd wear those year round.

Funny, I know exactly where 2111 Center St. in Berkeley should be, but I don't think the building exists any more. Thanks for posting!

Dark brown ... good all through the year, and can be worn with pretty much any outfit.

Funny, I heard the same - do you know the Pantone colors that will be prevalent? Just curious.

You need a cane and preferably a Caddy from the 50s or 60s to go with those bad boys, bro! Looks good!

Having just acquired a 1494, I'd like to see some photos so I know what to look for.

Snuff is a middle of the road color, not really light and not really dark.  Dark brown can worn year round.  The tan suede, however, I can't see wearing in the winter unless you're somewhere like Southern California, Arizona, New Mexico, etc.

hi,

one question according sizing the indy boots.

will the length of the sole different compared a E and B width ? i had ordered 403 in 10 E. the length fits fine, but the middle foot coud be smaller, i have small feet, so i wanna order a 10 B.
Will the length be the same ?

Thank you in advance

Hard to know.
The description says "oiled single leather sole" but the picture is of a standard leather sole.

Those are RRLOfficer cut pants in denim, not jeans.
Apparently the roll is okay with denim in non-jean cuts.
P. W. Herman approves of this combo.

Another noob-question (sorry): what exactly is a flex sole?
