Haha. Yeah, I check Leffot's site every other day or so to see if they get them in. I didn't preorder like you did so I need to act pronto once they're in.

Aside from this, I think I will buy a pair of Tricker's now. When I have time to stroll by LSBH that is.

Which Saphir wax would pair up best with Burnished Tan Calskin - Light or Medium Brown?

They make a tan wax but light brown would probably work.

All that really matters is that the color is reasonably close.
I've got a zillion pairs of shoes and all I need is neutral, black, dark brown, light brown, and #8.

If one is worrying about altering the color of their shoe, they're using too much polish.

I know people get a little miffed by sizing questions here, but I'd appreciate some advice.

I have a pair of Alden Longwings on the Barrie last in 10D which fit perfectly. They are calfskin.

Until I got orthodics.

Now they are a bit tight. Pinch the outside toes a little. And a little straining on the lace up.

What's my better option if I want to buy another pair, this time in shell : Going up to a 10E on the Barrie, or a 10.5D? Or is that essentially the same move?

Thanks in advance for any help.

I think going up a number size will change the overall interior space a bit which sounds like what you want. Just going up a wide letter will only change the width of the sole.

7118S - the leather is very similar to the brown chromexcel, showing many different shades of brown right out of the box, and a hint of red. Goodyear sole. Will use as a bad weather shoe.
