if you want #8 or black shell, you have other options, like vintage Florsheim/Hanover/AE that would come at a huge discount to new Alden

if you want Ravello, Whiskey, or Cigar...you don't have many options unfortunately

I agree. I picked up an amazing pair of shell J&M for $120 on eBay not too long ago.

I have been quite busy recently and haven't had a chance to list some shoes that are expendable to me. Before I list in B&S, I wanted to know if there was any interest here:

New Alden Shoes Model 686 Full Strap loafer (Brown Calfskin) -- 11D Aberdeen Last
**Retails for $406 ; Asking $220 shipped CONUS**

New Alden Shoes Model 907 Cap Toe Balmoral (Black Calfskin)-- 10D Hampton Last
**Retails for $416 ; Asking $235 shipped CONUS**

New Alden Shoes Model 6245F UPL Handsewn on the Last Flex Welt Dark Brown Suede- 10E Van Last
**Retails for $420 ; Asking $320 shipped CONUS**

A couple of pairs of seconds, unworn by me, that I'm thinking of parting with:

Alden Whiskey Shell Longwings - 10.5D Barrie Last
Alden Whiskey Shell Plain Toe Bluchers - 10.5D Barrie Last

Asking $445 shipped CONUS / pair

PM me with interest. Thanks for your time.

I just need black longwings, brand doesn't matter much to me so long as they are of decent quality and look nice

How does one go about inquiring about ShoeMart Seconds? Just give them a call to see what they got in your size?

I really don't know why they are seconds. I called the ShoeMart and asked them to look them over before they were sent.

For anyone looking for ShoeMart seconds, you have to send an e-mail with your size.

I finally wore my Jumper boots out this past weekend and I must say that they are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. Considering how rigid the shell cordovan material is, I was shocked by how conforming it was to my feet. And the leather lining on the inside is so supple. Definitely a fan of the Trubalance last. I've been used to cramming my wide feet into standard width shoes. Now after wearing properly sized shoes, my other shoes just feel inadequate. Ironically my Aldens, which I bought with a bit of a gamble on sizing, fit better than shoes that I bought after trying in person. Thanks LeatherSOUL! Already looking forward to my next purchase from you, Tom!
