They remind me kind of Jake Ryan's fair isle knit sweater vest in Sixteen Candles.

It goes without saying your Whiskey's are amazing!

Wow, that was a good pun! Thanks, I really like that pair in particular... :-)

Have a good one!

They have Alden's and Allen Edmonds at 40% off. No, they will not do phone or internet orders, but if you're in the area you could pick up a deal.

If you don't take the time to read the article...just know they're not closing because of a lack of sales. A Kimpton hotel is going in and decided to not bring them along.

Weird -- there are already three different Kimptons in downtown Chicago.

With the cordovan shortage we decided to try out some tankers in suede and calf.  Also, a chukka on crepe for winter.  The green are my favorites but I would like to hear any feedback you gentlemen have.

Is this the real true life color of the choco suede? So is the choco suede basically a dark brown? It appears really dark in LS's Instagram pic compared to the pic on their website. And the toe stitching seems like different a different color. Maybe it's the lighting? How will the choco suede age?

I have a pair of Indy Snuff Suede boots, which go great with my dress attire...khakis and chinos in a business casual environment and also jeans of different washes (light and dark). I am on a suede kick and I guess a man cannot have enough pairs of suede boots. What kind of attire can be worn with the LS choco suede tanker boots?

Wow, those look awesome!  I'm not generally a fan of Indy boots, but these are spot-on.  That carpet seam is tripping me out though.

thanks thams. Carpet is a bit trippy, I agree.

Decided to bring my Ravello PT boots for their maiden office voyage.

I'm very impressed with Modified last and unlined shell. Feels incredible to wear these beauties.
