Anyone have Tanker/NST shell boots in stock in a 9.5?

I noticed some of you gentlemen wear RRL officer chinos--has anyone had them hemmed and, if so, have you had luck with your local tailor recreating the factory hem or does it pay to use someone that frequently works with denim and unsanforized twill?

My Tailor actually just above cuts above the hem stitch. She then alters the pants and then stitches the factory made bottom of the pants back on. It works like a charm and they look just like they came from the factory.

Unless you plan to cuff them as that method would create a very visible stitch line along the inside of the pant

Just a quick shout out to Frans Boone. I decided to take advantage of their free worldwide delivery and ordered a pair of reverse chamois/snuff saddles - placed my order Sunday evening and the shoes were delivered this afternoon here on the west coast. With a free pair of shoe trees to boot. Here's to Frans!

Those look great...enjoy!

Question - When Alden makes a run of "exclusive" boots for a store if I ordered a pair and they are damaged can the retailer request a new one be made? Or is it a case of return it and get one if they do another run? This is not a pre-order...from Need Supply

Just happen to be wearing today!  Sorry for the crappy i-phone pics; lighting wasn't great...
