Awesome photo! Consistent whiskey shades. Thanks for posting!

Is it just me or is blucher > bal every day of the week? Personal preference, but I feel like that's Alden's look. Bals make me think Carmina, EG or even AE's. I know that's probably just me.

Don, I am not sure how you took off your Ravello LWBs. You must have more strength than I. I love the BB Tassel. The foxing is just a superb and alike RTP, I wish I had that version of the Tassel.
Very nice Indy boots. Enjoy then.
Yeah, the thing is that models that you hate today will just slowly grow on you until you look down and see them on your feet. Frankly, 3 years ago I hated LWBs and now they are amongst my favorite patterns.
Wow. These are amazing sir!
Mac, these are superb. They look terrific and have a tremendous color.

Gents, these all look terrific. Have a great Monday!!!

I'm in Toronto this week for business and it is too cold tonight for any antics. I'm spending this evening in the hotel and using it as a great reason to finally break in my Halleck Boots.

love the hallecks ben.

Keeping warm is of course important too...

Any TO guys around this week for a meetup and beverage?

Halleck's are amazing. Where did you pick up the Four Seasons? I've never seen that in Wine & Spirits in Pgh.

I came so close to buying that bottle of Four Roses at Costco yesterday. Too bad Costco doesn't sell Alden's. I mean they sell a 40 yr old scotch for $599 and that's a smaller market than the shoe market right?

Ohhh and I finally shined up the 9901s. You don't have to worry about matching shells with a black pair but that Whiskey PTB is so sweet looking color difference or not.

I hear ya, but be glad that you can even purchase spirits in Costco. As a Pa resident, we have very few options. Whenever I visit the grandchildren in Tampa, first stop my son and I make from the airport is SAMs Club for some Glenlevit 18 and a bottle of Chopin. Prices are so much better than Pa. Not even close.

First wearing of my king PTBs. I bought them in June of 2013 and its a damn shame their first wear was today!

Looks like I'm not the only one with a first wearing! Nice boots @Resistant

Alden really needs to make more shortwing bluchers... I really like the whiskey version.

For the guys who bought #8 plaza indys over from Frans, was it worth the premium? What did all the extraneous fees add up to be?

Yes. I love those boots. They're some of my favorites. Also, Frans had free shipping recently. Not sure if they still do. Extraneous fees weren't bad because it's a product of the US.

I thought there was a new cut of steak I was missing...I mean 16.5 oz would be a bit small for me but would make a heck of an appetizer...sadly it is just that weird denim talk..

I will take another look tomorrow's and try them on to see how they look on my feet?

Thanks Again!.

See Ya,
Steve

If you decide that they are not for you and they happen to be a 7.5, I'll gladly take them off your hands feet for you.
