Sadly the 4060 Grant is too tight in the D width. They haven't been worn (only tried on) so I'm returning but if anyone is interested let me know via PM. Also open to trades. In Toronto.

4060 Grant #8 size 11D with commando sole from DC.

I was surprised they're tight because I'm 11D in Aberdeen and 10UK in just about every Carmina model. C'est la vie...just hope that 11E isn't too wide!

For those interested in the Anatomica Ravello boots, here is a picture the shop sent to me when I inquired about my size.  They said the boots run 880 Euro plus 60 more for shipping to the US.  Even if they had my size I'm not sure I could swallow paying almost $1200 for a pair of Aldens.  They sure are beautiful though, if a little dark for Ravello.

Go with your Barrie size. Moulded Sole in NYC is a great reference for all things modified last. Might be worth a call to them if you are considering picking up a pair

Thanks buddy. Trying really hard not to pull the trigger on Anatomica Ravello plain toe.

@Tricky

Good luck with E sizing.

I can only confirm that they have 8.5D in stock.  Although it was mentioned previously that they also have sizes 12, 10.5, and 9 as well (assuming D width).  It's worth a call or email if you're interested though.

They look great.

This isn't directed toward you specifically, so please don't take offense.

I have to say, I don't understand the disdain for wrinkles on CXL. It is a casual leather. It will wrinkle. Wrinkles are not a flaw in the material.

Non taken, I like the character that the wrinkles add, to a point. I think what I have experienced is a wide range of the wrinkling paradox. This pair of boots hardly any, but the pair of Innsbruck Indy's looks like someone balled them up like a wet dress shirt ran them over with a car three times and unballed it and let it dry. I've only worn them 3 or 4 times so it doesn't make sense.

That might be two of the top 5 shoes/boots I've seen all in one post. Amazing.
