For what it's worth, the Leffot instagram photo of the Indy and Day Trippers wasn't an announcement of new makeups, but rather confirmation of pre-orders that were taken years ago.

and I was just about to call them ... :slapfight:

Go for it!  It's always worth a try to give them a ring.  You never know...

no ... was just joking ... maybe ...

I still have 3 (might be 4) Alden, supposedly rare shells that I still have to wear.  They all came in within a month or so.

One last word on maintaining a list.

It would be nice if vendors will prioritized customers who purchased from them before.  Ideally those would be the vendors I have business relationship with.  Otherwise, first come first serve ...

Crap.  Just when I had put my desire for Alpine Grain on the back burner, Epaulet goes and launches two models on Barrie/Commando (best fit for my foot).

A little morning dose of Ravello from over here in the Tetons. Have a great day gents.

So I wore my cigar boots to work in a light rain today and a weird water stain developed. I've never had an issue other than minor welting with my other shells, so I was a little surprised by this. The boot wasn't even nearly saturated with rain - only a few drops spots on the vamp. It's dissipating slowly, but it's still obvious if you look closely.

I'm not too worried about it since I don't intend to baby them, but still weird.

Those look Great! They are very similar to the Leffot 'Walter' Boot, but in color 8 and all eyelets. Both great looking plain toe boots!
