I am disappointed. (Pardon the sun/shade, it was very shady on my porch this morning)
Whiskey, Walnut (AE), Ravello needing a brushing, and Color 8. (With my Color 8 4 belt)

That's a great pic. I had the same experience with my AE belt as well.

Maybe I will have to get shoes to match the belt.

HAHA Thanks, Mike.

I got a 10D... Are you 10D or 10.5D? I think I got the last 10D.

I'm 10D, oh well, foiled again... wink.gif

Hey Mike

That's the Plaza last. You take the same in the Barrie and the Plaza last?

Should I wear:

Shorts and my LeatherSoul CXL LHS

or

Off-white chinos and Whiskey PTB

White and whiskey!

Bad idea to use on my shell and CXL or does VSC contain the same stuff?

Thanks!

They all contain those ingredients, even Saphir Renovateur does.  I'm not sure if Venentian "Leather Balm" is the same as "Shoe Cream" or not though.

Definitely shorts and LHS

From a fellow NY'er we don't get many 80 and sunny so take advantage.

I pulled out the huarache sandals today myself.

I size down on PTBs for a tighter fit. My Ravellos are 9.5D.

I noticed you're a 10.5C in your AEs, so 9.5D for the Plaza last is pretty big jump.

LoL. I think this whole thread knows my size. In reality, I am actually a 10.25BC. I am somewhere between 10 and 10.5 in length and between B and C in width. I can go 10D/10.5C on many shoes that fit TTS. On the Barrie, if I can, I get 10.5B, else I go 10D for most designs, or 9.5D for plain designs. The 10D leaves a bit of room in the toe box. I am not a huge fan of massive creasing, so I usually got 9.5D on plain toe designs. Make sense?

I use the Venetian cream labeled "balm" without any issue. Works great, I believe it's just a branding/labeling issue...same product as the "cream."

Description from the mfg:

"Venetian Imperial Leather Balm
The same fine qualities as Venetian Shoe Cream packaged in 4oz glass bottles. Available in neutral, black, brown, cordovan and tan. A distinctive and premium item for fine retail stores."

Just back from Europe, a little TLC and the boys are *better* than new...

Finger applies Saphir Reno to both, deer boned some dings, brush, and MF buff - then applied Saphir Dubbin Graisse to the sole edges and welt by hand.

You can see where the flex point in the left SW absorbed the Reno and darkened; this is normal for anyone wondering; it will be back to normal in a few hours...

Cheers,

BN
