Boots for me today, too.

Does anyone have the humus suede NSTs from Leathersoul?

I just placed an order, but was curious if the color shown in the picture is accurate.

Thanks!

I cant speak to this shoe, but I found their color representations in the photos to be fairly accurate.

Has anyone ever traded shoes on here? What is the best way to protect yourself from fraud?

Buy the seller.

I would not deal with anyone that isn't an active member in the community, personally.

I have no experience with the humus suede but really like it each time I see it. Seems like it would be a nice midpoint between the lighter/brighter snuff suede and the deeper/darker choco suede.

And I agree with bkotsko that LeatherSoul usually does a very good job at representing their colors online.

Exactly. Or if it's a relatively new or inactive member, have them ship first.

Yea, there is always that first transaction that someone needs to gain a reputation. I like Vicious' advice in that situation. Trades are tough because there is no Paypal or anything involved. Although I don't know how much paypal would help you outside of an official ebay or merchant transaction now that I think about it.

If it were me, I would use paypal and buy one pair and sell the second pair, this way at least there is paypal protection. You only have to tie up cash for a little bit.

Does paypal help in a forum transaction situation? I always wondered about that.

I am not an expert, but I would assume.

I always assumed it was only for 'official'(for lack of a better term) sales transactions. Ebay, etc...

Just to be sure, will it get better after several wears? Because right now it is really painful.

Dont tie the top eyelets when breaking them in. Wear them loose at the top initially.
