You can get the navy CXL Indy's in US for the price that one typically pays for CXL shoes, not the 737 required to pay a Korean retailer. Alden Madison has navy CXL Indy's in stock. J Gilbert has orders for them.

whonkffers that navy suede indy?

Has anyone ever send in two pair in one Alden bag? Well....I just did. I'm trying to beat the price hike up from $159. Plus my LHS Snuff and LHS #8 Calf need new soles!

I actually managed to fit two pairs in a box and into the bag. I don't like the thought of the shoes being squeezed or crushed on a conveyor and a box should help that.

Alden did such a great job on my BB PTBs that I'd recommend them to anyone. I was more than impressed. I had a horrific stain on the right shoe and they fixed that and everything else!

The richness of suede pairs much better with navy color than chromexcel. This pair of Indys are o/s

Bummer. If it makes you feel better, I ordered the Shockoe Hill Indy boot with the discount, but will be returning it. Although my comment that it was too close to the CXL Indy was inaccurate, it was not that exciting in person.

Black Indy, versatile?  Seriously? I would've thought a brown chrmxl Indy would be much more versatile.  I suppose we just have a different type of wardrobe.

The black Indy is probably more versatile than the navy one. The brown CXL is more versatile than both.

8.5 D Barrie last from Tassels via Utah buddy from Hong Kong - I like the scratches to my knowledge they are not a knock off. No listing for them exist on Tassels website but my guess is they are from the Alden anniversary run a couple years back

So did you take actual steps in them and crease 'em? Or did you slide step onto the grass and *gasp* - grass stain the soles! biggrin.gif

Pics or it didn't happen!
