Agreed.

Separate note--What do #8 wearers recommend for edge dressing?  Brand?  Color?  Use, if at all?

Some members (including me) like the Allen Edmonds travel size edge dressing. Depends on the stock color of the edge what color I'd use.

I have Chili, Brown, Black, and Neutral.

I use Neutral nearly on everything I don't want to darken.

Also, for anyone interested, I just listed some brand new J. Gilbert snuff suede wing tip boots in a 7.5d for sale. I love the boots, but I've made way too many unexpected shell purchases recently...

Thank you sir!  Looking forward to seeing more of your whiskey LHS.  The whiskey shell is definitely my favorite spring/summer color.

I called this number as well and had Joe on the phone within a couple of minutes.....helpful as always, but nothing I wanted in my size.

It is weird how they give out that 800 number, but no one answers that number. The (203) number is simply the number you get when you google The Shoe Mart

Thanks! You were right about the width, certainly a helpful tip!

Note, the chukka is on the Leydon last, much more narrower than the Barrie. Try them on first, you might want to go up in width.

Enjoy.
