Alden cigar ptb converted from double leather to dainite by b.nelson. I like the dainite, good for wet days

My whiskey LWBs are also in the process of creation too! icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

Very nice.

What are they? Carminas?

If Alden still had an MTO program, we could order some knee high Han Solo boots--in black and the rest of the shell rainbow, of course.

And we'd make an addendum to the Alden FAQ:
What last are the Han boots on again? And how do they compare to the Lando Boots? Is a dainite sole an option?

Wife's Christmas present to me. I asked to see them early to check for defects, then back in the box before commencing with the Mac Method on Christmas Day (rumor has it there are some Cashmere OTC under the tree as well but only time will tell )

And Dainite is not an option, but Carbonite is.

Lando boots can only be won in a game of Sabacc, and they are on the Scoundrel last.

You've reminded me I never posted pics of my more compact wallet choice, the Leffot minifold in what they called rust cordovan from Horween. They also had color king and cigar, but Steven talked me into the rust when he had me believing that it would be the closest I might ever come to owning color 4.

They're developing a fun patina after spending time in some raw selvedge. Pardon the Lego Star Wars background; my enthusiastic son wanted to be in the forum today and asked if I might wear my shell cordovans in the snow today wink.gifWarning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

I've used the fold for the past couple of years. I like it a lot (I haven't seriously worn a back pocket wallet for a long time). I currently have the large fold (like you do). I've thought about getting a proper card case (either leather or shell) and the small fold just for cash.

Where to get a card case?

If I had an eyelit/cigar/Dainite makeup, I'd wear them everyday.

That is a fantastic combo for everyday wear, looks, and functionality.
