Can't go wrong with the 112!  I love my 104 and you can easily dress them up or down depending on the strap.  But be forewarned, with a new PAM comes the inevitable strap addiction!

Not to further derail the shoe/boot train, but I figured it's shell-related so what the heck. What are y'all's recommendations on good shell watch straps?

I considered the following from Cloud Sky Leatherworks as it seemed high quality and relatively inexpensive. Also considered a full NATO like this one on Etsy. Not sure yet if I want a one-piece or two-piece yet; two can look a little better, but one allows for easy swapping with other NATOs, etc.

Who better to ask about a quality shell purchase? ;)

Did you check out the straps at Leffot?

Bring them to your local BB and have them exchange for a D.  They did this for me recently on a pair of Unlined LHS.  I bought a 9.5 to lock in the price, but needed a 9.  They had one shipped to me from a different BB store.

I recommend going to the store physically, rather than just calling.  They are more likely to spend the effort if you are standing in front of them.

Nice crema on your double espresso!  Some among us use the term so generously, they might even refer to that as "patina".

I would suggest first calling the online folks to have them tell you which stores, if any, currently have the D you are looking for.

I have some AE shell samples that I have been saving with the hope of turning them into watch straps.

Yes sir, black wingtip boots, went great with my gray suit! I just got my J Crew #8 captoe's yesterday too, great looking boots. It is interesting to compare them, both are Barrie size 8D. Both fit the length and width of my feet fit great but there seems to be a lot more room instep and ankle wise in the wingtip.

I really gotta take some photos soon!

You and I are on the same boat.

I just got my 112 week ago, absolutely gorgeous!

IWC would be my next target, probably next year.

Nice tactic.  I'll make a mental note myself in case I'm in the same boat in the future :stirpot:.

I have read on here that the JCrew boots fit a bit differently than others on the same last. Hopefully they work well enough to keep them.

I have read here that they tend to fit a bit tighter. I have no personal experience, but it seems as though that is what wildstar is experiencing.
