I absolutely LOVE Alden snuff suede.  I don't have a snuff boot, but this would likely be my first choice; if not, the plain toe boot from J Crew would be the backup, although I do not care for the plantation crepe sole that comes with it.  Enjoy my friend, enjoy often...

I wore my #8 jcrew captoe boots with slightly thicker socks than I usually do last night and the pain I was getting from the creasing is gone. and now I find the shoes much more comfortable! :icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

Help me pick one, snuff unlined PTB or Brown CXL PTB!!

I like them both and can wear suede all year long , it'll be for chinos and denim and maybe khaki pants.

I know both will do the job, but will like to hear your opinions, I've never owned a cxl shoe so not sure how comfortable and durable it is?.
