nothing to do with comfort. The purpose is to preserve the lifespan of the sole.

I try to contact OKI who told me that my 8D was sold out already

I'm not lucky

So i try to find another NST boot in color 8 or in whiskey

i have to buy it in early time due to i have to go back my country in july, so i can't wait the product in next year or early new year

wait are you saying that a shoe that hasn't arrived at leather soul yet has been claimed?
i was told in no uncertain terms that they aren't doing pre-sales or holds anymore

can anyone confirm or refute this?

I've never had any issues putting down a deposit with them to pre-order their shoes. I call my salesperson at LSW, not sure if LSBH have a different policy

Their Hawaiian tankers (NST boots) in particular have been very popular and most sizes filled up pre-order many months back, but I think most of their others are still open

I've never seen the white on white suede saddle... what an awesome design. This is fantastic - hope you enjoy.

I have only seen them when I purchased. I do enjoy them a lot. They are easily the shoes that garner the most positive attention and compliments. Even from complete strangers.

Black shell LWBs today:

Great shoe. I have no problem wearing the darker shell colors in summer. These look so versatile and fun.

NST boot in color by Leffot,Context,Leather soul,The shoes mart are very similar right but in my opinion AldenXLeffot is unique or the picture lie me.

Although i have to go back, i still stay in this web board. Moreover, in next year if possible i wanna attend to NYU. i will come back here USA i love this country.

Whiskey color varies as do the photo skills and photo processing skills of the various venders. Whiskey shell also varies in color greatly due to lighting and surrounding colors. As it ages it darkens a little as well. I would not make a decision on which picture looks best.

Also, does anyone know what US size an Italian 42 converts to? There seem to be conflicting answers based on my search results.

I don't think there's a single correct conversion, but I think usually a 42 translates to something around 9 US.
