Am I upset over something? Yes, but I don't want to go overboard. Suffice to say that the previous discussion regarding lack of transparency and preferential treatment have been reinforced in spades for me over the course of the last week. I don't want to single out one place in particular - I have had this experience with several retailers. I don't like it (and I'm sure nobody else would or does either). let me expand on my earlier statement a moment * when I received a call from kathy earlier, I was in the office and in front of a half dozen different things. I saw the call pop up and hoped it meant my order would be fulfilled. we (kathy and I) briefly chatted about cigar (after securing CC info for my other pair), but it was a quick conversation. I didnt attempt to jump on a list or anything, just merely secure the pair in question that the initiated call pertained to.
