I was at the Alden NYC store today...picking up a pair of black shell NST slip-ons...noticed they have a blue chromexcel indy and a whiskey indy on display...did not inquire about sizes or pricing as Indy's are just not my thing...

No, I'm referring to the epaulet alpine, like this

Thanks. Mostly opportunity. We have casual (i.e. denim) 2 days a week, I work from home 1 day, which only leaves a couple of days to play with.

Shoe Horn/Key Ring

I'm thinking of ordering one since it'll be handy to have when I travel.

I have this in shell that I like quite a bit, they have a bunch of colors too, not a shoe horn but still nice!

Ordered the context snuff suede roy boot - should be in tomorrow. I've been dying for a pair of suede boots for some time, but never settled on the right last/sole/color combo. Fall here we come.

You always hear no untreated suede in the rain, but why?

I have been thinking about a suede boot, too. I have been eyeing up the split toe from J Crew. My concern would also be foul weather.

This too is a good option, at least for those of us looking for a non-Barrie, non-Trub lasted boot:

Very nice. Alas, nothing near my size. Aberdeen is TTS?

Seven, do you own this boot? If so, how is the fit?  There are some aberdeen shoes where I go with an E width (i.e. 966).  As a boot is it more roomy or on the narrow side?  It looks like a great boot, one I could use frequently.  All that are left are E widths though.  Also, is it a double waterlock sole?  Much thanks in advance...

Just won the oil stained leydon chukkas, hopefully they fit but at $213 shipped it's the same price as the meermin chukkas I've been waiting for

What size were they? If a 12D and you don't like them, I may be willing to receive them...
