No, I don't think so. I think the 2145 has been around long before Epaulet came out with the Alden Alt Wien. However, I believe "Alt Wien" is a particular type/model of Budipester shoe (with the cap toe medallion pattern) that is more of a "country-style" derby shoe (rounder, built like a tank), as opposed to a dress shoe. While the 2145 is a Blucher, it is on the sleek/dressy Aberdeen last.

It may be that Alt Wien just means a Hungarian Medallion CTB ( I really don't know.)
I've tried to do some internet digging on this but not much is out there to clearly define, so I may be inaccurate with this. Maybe someone like MoneyWellSpent or others could shed some light.
