i've also heard that the barrie is the easiest last to fit for retailers and it accommodates a wide range of foot types. certainly can't begrudge them for trying to sell the most shoes.

I wonder if the Barrie last is most desirable (according to retailers) because people tend to genuinely prefer it, or because it is the most common in the first place, and so people are familiar with it and know their size well.

I vote color 8 LWB (I tend to wear mine more than the PTB).

 

I like the barrie last because it's the most comfortable I have.  Aberdeen is pretty comfy too.  Have yet to acquire any plaza.
