Have to deal with occasional snowfall here in Utah, and would like to know how to minimize damage acquired.

If you're worried about damage, the neocork sole should be just fine.

Alright friends - the moment of truth has arrived. The final paycheck is in, and I'm going to purchase my pair of Indy's today.

Do I go with the 403 in Natural Chromexcel or Brown Chromexcel? I suspect both would work with my wardrobe, I'd just like an outside source to help through the decision process shog[1].gif

I personally don't like natural. To me, it looks too much like human skin. I know a lot of people do like it though.

Does the heel itsef not say trubalance?...eh.gif

EDIT: my bad i just looked at mine and it says "foot balance"...do they use the heel on more than the trubalance soles?

I'm not sure if they use it on any other shoes, but I know they call the Trubalance, Truflare, and I think the Modified lasts part of the "foot balance system."

That's a trubalance sole.
