Speaking of toe medallion likes/dislikes, I don't think the topic has ever been brought up. I personally like 2 and 3 but would like to know what others think. Perhaps this info might also be useful to retailers for the purposes of future make-ups.

I'd be curious to know if Alden has more designs in their archive other than the four you see done all the time...

The Mac Method I know, this other bit I also knew, just didn't know it was called the "break-in procedure."

We seriously do need an Alden sticky with a glossary of terms which covers the more esoteric aspects.

anyone know what happened to the Alden shop in SF? Sutter st location was vacant when i visited it on Friday
