Sounds like 7.5E in Plaza would work for you. I picked up a 9E myself and wear a 8.5E on the Barrie. I have a wide foot and high instep. That being said, everyone's foot is unique so YMMV.

Interesting that you are a full size up from the Barrie from the Grant (and a D width). A member recently described the Grant last as a 'Barrie Junior' shape and it seems to fit my foot that way. I wear 8.5E Barrie and a 9D Grant.

That's pretty much it, but you still need to wear them and condition them in regular rotation to get the best patina.

Are you sure "barrie junior" isnt the unofficial title of the jcrew barrie pct boot? Os is "barrie lite" better?

I'm closer to 7.5D and take all my barrie boots that size. Tempted to try them out since I have store credit.

I would roll the dice and give them a try since you have store credit.  Worse case, if they don't fit, you'd just lose out on shipping both ways, right?

Thanks Mac for a reminder.

Sizing wise, I had to go to 10.5D in these (Aberdeen last), though I take 9.5D on LWB and 10D on jcrew PCT. Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)
