I'm a tweener size sitting at about 8.25D, for the Grant would you suggest an 8D or 8.5D?

I wear 7.5D in barrie shoes with thin to mid weight socks and an 8D in Barrie boots if I want to wear a thicker sock.

IIRC, she has put in for them with Alden and is awaiting approval. We were going for a rugged lwb you can wear to work when it's snowing, then go out for a decent dinner afterward...

Keep us posted doc. I would be all-in on this makeup.

Maiden voyage of the Aberdeen lasted NST's in #8 from Alden of NY on Madison. Found these in stock in an improbable size 10.5. EE:

Probably an 8D on Grant in my opinion.

I'm just going to order from Context now - I've been waiting on the Leffot #8 NST for two years - because they order basically one or two in 12D and there's too much demand for it.

I saved your post on the Leffot 12D Tanker in case they didn't work out. The current Alden Madison offer might be a good alternative. The only difference appears to be the flat (leffot) vs reverse (madison) welt.
