I used to be a solid Color 8 with antique LWB. But Mike actually makes a great point. King with reg and Cigar with antique. That is if you plan to have both, if not...all bets are off.

I solidly prefer the black welt on burgundy and navy shoes. Makes them more versatile. smile.gif

What you say is true but the relevance of versatility has an inverse relationship to the number of shoes in your rotation.

I wear a 12 d in Barrie last. Some boots tend to be roomy and others aren't. Would any of you think a 12c might work as well?

jk, if you have a wide foot then i would say no. are you wearing your 12d boot with a thick or thin sock? perhaps you could pull it off with a thin sock?

PSA, not my listing, but a pair of cigar shortwings (Hampton last) in size 7.5D showed up on Grailed.  Not my size, but might be for someone here ;)

I would put on a pair of boots and check where the widest part of your foot sits. If the side of your pinky is already rubbing or very close to it, I don't think a C would work. If not, it shouldn't be an issue.

I would wear those boots with sheer socks if I think they'd fit me.
