Looking for assistance with recommendations for a good cobbler in the Orange County (or Southern California) area, who can work on shell cordovan and put some new heels on a pair of #9015.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Forgot to take a picture yesterday, but started breaking in my Color #8 wingtip boots. Man, they're comfortable. Such awesome boots.

I've paid more for other saddles. These are my favorite as well. I'm sure a pair will come around sooner or later.

I only use Reno ONLY for deep cleaning of my cordovan boots and shoes.

That is a very potent product that only be used once or twice a year....

As @Joenobody said VSC is a little better.

Saphir Neutral Cordovan Cream may indeed be the best for regular maintenance of shell cordovan.

I like bick 4, reno took the burnishing almost clean off a pair of walnut strands.

I used to, but VSC and Reno have petroleum distillates in them.  I never looked back after trying GlenKaren products.  They use natural orange oil as a solvent and regardless of what's in the product, I honestly believe it gives much better results.

He now has a water resistant version that beats the hell out of Alden defender.
