I love the look of reverse chamois. I had to ultimately let go of the NST's because of the Choco tankers being too much overlap. The chamois WT's Yenni is offering are awesome and she's a pleasure to deal with. Really on the fence thou because I already have snuff WT's as well as cigar on the way.

All those plaza 6 eyelet chukkas seem really neat. That Nat CXL NST one is quite appealing...

thanks again!

We are the same size and she does not stock our sizes. She only goes up to an 11. Everything we order has to be done in advance and with the $200 deposit.

My plain toe boots on the Hampton last in color #8 and my indy boots in cigar, natural chromexcel, and navy suede.  The natural indys have a flat welt.  I think it looks great.  Less of a fat ass.

Nice looking boot collection my friend.

My gift Indy's yesterday at Alden SF, ended up - unexpectedly - as a pair of 405's. I am really interested to see how these wear in and patina over time, as I intend to wear them hard.

You can request to be added to the irregulars e-mail list anytime.

If there is a recent list, they may send you that one when you sign up, otherwise, you will receive the next e-mail that goes out.

Pretty rare to see green calf from Alden. I too was surprised when I saw that.

alright stupid question on my part, but is Alden Shoes of Carmel no longer in Carmel? Is it only the Seattle store now run by Yenni?

Alden of Carmel used to have a store front, no longer. Adam who used to have the store in Carmel is now in Seattle but he does not have a storefront. Yenni who used to be at J. Gilbert has opened her own store Brick and Mortar in Seattle.

Closest Alden shop to Carmel are the stores in SF.

thanks for the update TO. As mentioned I will be in SF in Aug so can do all my stops there. Might still drive down to Santa Cruz and Carmel for some sightseeing

I'd skip Santa Cruz and just hit Monterey and Carmel. I could spend half the year there and be completely content.

Santa Cruz is cool to walk once, but seems too touristy for me now. Just an opinion from an east coaster with friends in calif that I visit frequently.

Thanks for that but wanted to actually hit up a bike company there. I ride their brand and was hoping to visit the head office and perhaps join one of their lunch rides haha. we'll see.

Awesome! I passed through Cruz yesterday but didn't stop as too hectic.

What do you ride?
