I don't normally like grain boots, but these look excellent! Especially paired with those khakis.

Is anyone here "pragmatic-icon"  on Ebay?  He has a number of nice Alden make-ups in 10D.  Looks like he is trying to trim down his collection by dumping a bunch of solid stock pairs (and one or two exotic shell colors)

Are these a lighter shade in normal light? They look darker than expected. I have a pair coming tomorrow, but of course I have to travel until the weekend.

Maybe a shade a lighter in the natural light to my eye

Plain toe on Truebalance from the shoe mart. They used to call them the plain toe indy.

What's sizing like on the Barrie last?  My only Aldens so far are the Indy Boot which is an 8D and fits perfectly, and the unlined suede flex loafer in an 8.5D.  I'm thinking of preordering the Leffot Captoe Boot.  TIA

Does anyone knows who makes the Indy on Whisky shell?
I will love to get on that waiting list even if I have to wait till 2020

Alden Madison is the only one I know of who makes it. Glad to hear you have appropriate expectations on wait. :-)

However, they do not do lists for shoes anymore. You will need to get on their exotic mailing distro list.

Mike, how about cigar indies? I used to think I don't need any TB last shoes but all those cigar indy photos recently are killing me :brick:

Does anyone here own the dark tan calfskin longwings from epaulet?

Curious if they are the same as the ones at J Crew, and I also just want to see some photos of them being worn smile.gif

Barrie runs big like Trubalance. You should do pretty good in a 8D in Barrie. At least that's the way it works for me. Same size for both Barrie and Trubalance.
