Yes. No complaints from me. Check my post a few pages back. Anything specific you want to know?

I can't imagine they made more than one 6.5 Whiskey Indy.

Does Alden care enough to figure out who they sold it to and bar him from ordering in the future?

Suede, chamois, crepe. Perfect to be out in the rain yesterday.

4060 for my niece's 7th birthday today.

Guys, I got my TSM seconds (#8 cap-toe boot). The defect is that it seems like one side of the left boot the stitching of the leather was not done well, leaving a bunch of extra leather which leaves these rolls. You see it below. I'm not sure if it is worth keeping. What are your thoughts?

Comparison with the right boot which looks good:

How do they fit?

Will your pants ever be that high where people will see the roll?

Mine now have rolls at the ankle.

Personally I wouldn't mind it as long as they fit well... I mean they were discounted, right (I hope).

Keep unless they are 10D, in which case I'll buy. wink.gif

I will sell mine for $2k if anyone wants a 10B that badly.

They also appear to be TruB and not Barrie.

Thanks! They just call this leather burnished tan calf on AoSF or just tan on TSM. They don't appear burnished though, and are a richer darker color than what you see on their sites. Alden works with so many other great leathers besides shell! Only 1 of my 11 Aldens at the moment is cordovan until my number comes up on the cigar DC cap toe list.

If that doesn't make you feel uncomfortable when wearing them. Keep it.
