Crazy that These are so early! I'm excited, they came before the alden Madison long wing boot that I ordered in June.

They should be able to find your order by the order# given in the email letting you know they are about to ship.

Yes. The ETA is Mid-March in the system. Really surprised for the early arrival.

Unfortunately I am one of the two orders which haven't arrived with the batch due to some unknown reason....Needa wait for a couple more week. :brick:

Gentlemen,
Late last year I applied some saphir renovateur on cordovan shoes and stored them away. A few days ago I opened up some alden boxes and noticed a waxy deposit especially around the stitching area on several pairs. Has anyone observed this before? What would be the best way to clean them up again?

Thanks in advance.

From the photo it looks like typical Cordovan "bloom" just use a small brush to clean the stitches, nothing to worry about.

If all else fails, look up the shipment on FedEx's website using the tracking number.  There should be a link to "Hold at FedEx Location".  You can pick the location nearest your home or office.  It doesn't cost anything extra and the package will be signed for and waiting for you.

Thanks - fortunately TSM was able to update my address before pickup, so I'm good.  I appreciate the info but the option you give wouldn't work for me as there are a few hundred miles between where I am now and where the package was headed.
