When I get home, I will take a top down of the Plaza vs. Grant vs. TB indy.

Did you lace it for them Mike? :fonz: I wasn't all that excited for a Color 8/Black Grant "Indy" after the initial Ravello Plaza talk, but it looks great in that photo.

Yeah, I relaced several of their boots the other day because they were unlaced and it bothered me. HaHa. I don't think they like bows, so I just tied the knot on top and tucked the laces in. I get my pair this weekend, so there should be more pics soonish! :-)

should be able to help out with that as well and maybe find some examples locked away in the vault. When he gets home of course. Or is AoDC really his home??? smile.gif

As you stated, I have been alwYs told there are three antiques with Tan be the lightest version and Mohangony the Darkest. I never remember to ask though when I call Kath or Ed. Next time hopefully!

Great you guys had a chance to meet in person. So many restaurants in that area too.

Grant last Indy reminds me of RL Gianni

Caps play nearby too!

I have the RL Gianni and - you're kind of right - the shape is similar. But it feels very wide. Like "E" width wide.

Ha! Went to the game against the Ducks on Friday. Was a great game and hard to beat a game that goes to a shootout!

Yeah we grabbed some excellent pizza after the Alden store.
This was actually my second time spotting @mdubs in the wild. This time though I was able to observe him in his natural habitat, an Alden store crackup[1].gif
I kid, I kid.

Seriously though, it's been fun getting to meet some of the guys on this thread in my travels over the last few months. I look forward to some more meet ups along the way.

The Caps were off tonight. I want to try and catch a game if it works out while I'm down here

that's great. I lived there for five years. Don't even recognize that whole area anymore - bars, restaurants, arena, Alden shop!!

Good to see you again as well! Yeah, I have been in the shop a few more times than I should have this past week!

I think the caps are on the road now. :-(

Edit: Next home game isn't until next Thursday.

Fun to see a game while you're there but don't you guys have your own teams: Sharks, Rangers? Both contenders!
