Good morning Gentlemen - I'm striking while the iron is hot and photographing everything that UPS or USPS brings to my door. Several of you have already posted your Leffot Greenwich boots -- here's some pics of mine:

Wow Cee, you have made some great pickups. Your saddles have been tormenting me for days and the only reason I haven't grabbed them is because I already received the Greenwich boots and in Pgh. I wouldn't get nearly as much use out of both of them as you will. BTW, I think the oils bleeding into the saddle add character to the shoes. It's not like you're wearing them with a suit. I wouldn't worry about it.

Congrats on a couple of very nice additions to your shoe collection. Wish we were the same size as I also like your ranger moc's your selling at a very good price.

Congrats, CEE! Those are some incredible pics. Finally, someone did them justice.

I hope you enjoy them as much as I am mine...or maybe even more.

Amazing cee!  They look perfect.  So much regret passing on those.  Hopefully they run them again next year.

I emailed Steven about them in early December, and his exact words were, "We will probably re-order the tobacco chamois Greenwich boot at some point." So let's hope "some point" is sooner rather than later.

Thanks Andy.  I think it was a pretty successful model so I would imagine they will run it again.  I will keep my eyes open for other vendors also.  I guess that answer was pretty typical from a vendor - I am sure they never want to close the door on a model.  Like you said hopefully sooner than later.

thanks S! The Greenwich boots are in my ideal size (10.5C) which is what I'm slowly switching to for all my Barrie make ups. The Rangers actually are too tight otherwise I'd still be wearing them ... So maybe we are the same size, at least lengthwise. I'll make a mental note of that!

The saddles have been great so far, 10.5D width notwithstanding. But I'm a fan of the style generally --- I already had the Greenwich boots on preorder when I stumbled on the Frans saddles. Total impulse purchase.

Can't wait to give them some wear. Wore them indoors for a couple of hours and they look and feel perfect. Good luck with yours!

I was amazed at how popular all the shoes/boots were in that preorder - they didn't have many of the Greenwich boot sizes left after everyone preordered and it seemed that way for the smooth chamois LWB and the natty Cxl boot too.

Gents - I would like to begin the process of tracking down a pair of whiskey shell lhs.  I realize that these would most likely be sold out everywhere and I would have to get on a list.  In reading through the thread I believe my best bets would be Alden Madison, DC, and SF?  Are there any other vendors who routinely carry this model?  Any help would be appreciated and thanks in advance!

These are 8.5d and was concerned they may not fit since some lined chamois shoes in 8.5d have not fit and I had to sell.   My 8.5d CXL 6 eye chukka's fit great but I figure that must be stretch in  the cxl.   The 8.5 d shell seems to fit.

The shoe are frans boone cigar with crepe sole and about 3 hours of wear from previous owner.  I will try on a few more times to make sure they will work but love the cigar color and can see more in my future.  Sorry for the poor picture ..and they are sitting on a brown chest.  I like the brass eyelet, nice touch.

I too like the brass eyelets! Gives them a little "pop"

My friend, you have not only substantially improved your collection with recent acquisitions, but your picture quality is, dare I say, mdubs-esque!  You are looking exceptionally well in your new wingtip boots.  Enjoy!

A - Not sure I've seen this make up before but it looks great. Thanks for the kind words on the Greenwich.
