What last are the Cigar NST chukka's made from? Is it Aberdeen?

I think so.
On the Shoe Mart site they list the black version as being on the Aberdeen.

has anyone gotten their pair of Roys from the recent shippment? haven't found many fit pics of those aside from the ones I'm sure everyone has already seen

Hey Jason... I'm patiently waiting for the UnionMade x Alden Cordovan Captoe Boots

Okay... after trying on these boots, I feel that they're a bit tight.
My feet is perfectly happy with the TruBalance last but the Aberdeen last (which these 2 models are on) seems a bit narrow for me.
I'm going to try and see if lighter weight socks will help the fit because Shoemart doesn't carry the E width for these models and I REALLY want to keep them.

Greatly appreciate if any folks out there who have experience with Aberdeen last can shed some light
on whether these boots will eventually give room to accommodate someone flat footed (like me).

Hmmm, I've got those Ravello boots too. I wear a 10.5D in trubalance and 11D in Aberdeen.
The Aberdeens are a narrower fit but they were comfortable from day one.
They haven't really loosened up much.

they are on the grant last. slightly smaller than the barrie last
