Yup. I've always been tall and thin. Most people notice I'm thin, but think I weigh closer to 185. I guess I hide it well. I used to weigh closer to 155 when I was running every day and cutting body fat. I'm just not very dense. Slender bones and a fast metabolism.

This is the range I'm trying to achieve. Last winter I had scrubbed the weight down to 191 lbs but, got sloppy with the diet this spring/summer and presently clock in at 203-204 lbs. At my age, it is pretty difficult to take it back off but, I'm working on it! Before the year is out, I will have it back under 200 lbs.

5'9, 157. Close to ideal weight for most purposes. I have weighed as much as 188 when I was playing football, with a 9% bodyfat.

6', 160ish lbs, I have a hard time putting on weight. I used to be in the 150-155 range before I started working out regularly and trying to eat more.
